BOOKING CONDITIONS OF STAY

At the time application availability and there fore the confirmation of your stay,you will need to send or deposit of 30% of the total amount due for the entire period of stay request.

The balance of the total amount due for the stay must be paid upon arrival at the "Hotel or at least the next 48 hours.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT OF THE LIVING

The cancellation or modification of any period of recidence,if within 15 days prior to arrival at "Hotel,will not involve any penalty and the 30% deposit or earnest money sent at the time of booking will be fully be refunded.

Failure to notify of the cancellation or modification of the stay by the customer,the terms mentioned above,result in the loss and there fore no refiund of deposit paid or sent by the management of "Hotel.
